Return and Refund Policy

We are making concerted efforts to improve the product details, photography and accompanying sizing information to ensure customers aren’t disappointed with the fit and sizing of our garments. However, if for any reason at all that you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the item in question.

Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached. Please can you be sure to include your Returns Form with all the relevant information to assist us with processing the return.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

Sale

In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we are offering an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Wednesday 25th November 2020 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Monday 11th January 2021.

All sale products are subject to the same return conditions as full priced items (See Delivery + Returns)

Sale items cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes unless explicitly mentioned in emails or by our Customer Service Team. Sale prices will not be offered once the sale ends.

Covid-19 Returns Update

Please be aware that during high sales periods and the current Covid-19 situation, return deliveries will take more time than usual to process. Please maintain tracking your parcel using the reference you were given. When the parcel is delivered, we are striving to pass them through quality control and process them within 7 days.

Once it has been processed an email will be automatically generated and sent to the email you used for the purchase as usual.

Please make sure you keep a note of the tracking number on the return label, so you can track the parcel. This is also your proof of postage.

UK Return Update

Following the easing of the lockdown, DPD have recommenced their Parcel Drop Off service across the U.K.

This means that our UK customers are now able to return the parcels back to us.

Please make sure you keep a note of the tracking number on the return label, so you can track the parcel. This is also your proof of postage.

Our returns period in the UK has now reverted to the original 14 days upon receipt of the order.

Taxes and Duties

We now offer Duty Paid and Landed Prices outside of the EU. At checkout we will calculate these costs and you will be able to pre-pay these at checkout if you wish.If you choose not to pay these taxes etc you may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order.If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
