Return and Refund Policy

We are making concerted efforts to improve the product details, photography and accompanying sizing information to ensure customers aren’t disappointed with the fit and sizing of our garments. However, if for any reason at all that you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the item in question.

Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached.

Please can you be sure to include your Returns Form with all the relevant information to assist us with processing the return.

Should the return fall outside the 14 days returns period we can offer you an exchange or alternately a store credit that can be used on a future order.

Please note, if you return a parcel through your own couriers, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

Extended Sale Returns

In addition to our standard 14 dayreturns policy, we are offering an extended holiday season returns policy to
make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Thursday 24th November 2022 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Monday 9th January 2023.

All sale products are subject to the same return conditions as full priced items (See Delivery + Returns).

Sale items cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes unless explicitly mentioned in emails
or by our Customer Service Team.

Sale prices will not be offered once the sale ends.

Please be aware that during high sales periods, return deliveries will take more time than usual to process. Please
maintain tracking your parcel using the reference you were given. This is also your proof of postage.

When the parcel is delivered, we are striving to pass them through quality control and process them within 7 days.

Once it has been processed an email will be automatically generated and sent to the email you used for the purchase as usual.

Taxes and Duties

We now offer Duty Paid and Landed Prices outside of the EU. At checkout we will calculate these costs and you will be able to pre-pay these at checkout if you wish.If you choose not to pay these taxes etc you may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order.If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

If an item is returned to us for a refund, sales, customs and duties can be claimed back by contacting your local authority.
