RETURNS POLICY

We are making concerted efforts to improve the product details, photography and accompanying sizing information to ensure customers aren’t disappointed with the fit and sizing of our garments. However, if for any reason at all that you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the item in question.

Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached. Please can you be sure to complete a Returns Form (included in the parcel to you) with all the relevant information to assist us with processing the return.

We will give you either a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

TAXES & DUTIES

For non-EU residents, the VAT (Value Added Tax) is automatically deducted at the checkout. We are not at this stage able to offer Duty Paid and Landed Prices outside of the EU and so if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt. For non-EU residents, the price you are charged by Private White V.C. excludes tax.

Follow the instructions on the Returns Slip enclosed with your order, which includes a guide to how to Return the parcel to us. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you no longer have the packaging slip, just send us a brief note with your name, address, postcode and contact number. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service. (If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer’s name and address as well as yours.)

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out. Sorry. You may return online orders in person to either our Manchester or Mayfair stores, however please be aware these will be sent on to our warehouse for processing – so while this may be more convenient for you and there won’t be a postage charge, there will be a delay in processing.
