DESCRIPTION

Thanks to the soft and full raglan shoulders of the Family Single-Breasted Overcoat, this coat effortlessly caters to a wide audience. Crafted from a fabric which captures the best of both cashmere and wool in a luxurious double-faced blend, woven to our specification with our exclusive ECOSEAM® finish, to provide thoroughly insulating and waterproofing properties whilst retaining a delicately soft touch.

Handcrafted in our Manchester factory, the Family Overcoat design includes two external patch pockets and two internal RIRI zip secure pockets. A nod to Private White V.C.’s military heritage, we have included a distinctive World War One commemorative regimental blanket stripe on the reserve side of the cloth, giving this overcoat a distinguished finish. With British made real horn buttons and a belted waist, this is a truly versatile piece that is pioneering Private White V.C.’s ongoing expansion into a more androgynous design and aesthetic.

A Fair Price to Pay The old adage 'you get what you pay for' rarely rings true in the world of clothing. It does at Private White V.C. where we’ve been cutting our cloth and creating garments for over 100 years. We make outerwear we consider superior to anything produced in any other factory in the world. Our pricing is fair - not cheap, but certainly not overpriced. And we want you to know what you pay for, so we outline exactly where your money goes when you invest in your Private White V.C. clothing. But we can’t put a price on expertise and experience, on the learning that has been passed down through generations. That’s the gold dust we sprinkle on each garment that leaves our factory. You will recognise it when you wear your Private White V.C. coat for the very first time. You’ll walk a little taller, with pride and satisfaction. It’s a good feeling. Priceless.
